Samething here, they call for my husband, ask for him using his first legal name (he goes by his middle name), I have asked them to not call, not answered the call, and hung up on them. Most times it is just dead air, but when they do stay on the line long enough to ask for him, I tell them to quit calling. The man just says he will call back another time for my husband. I told him good for you, and he still wont be here. Get a clue!!

Different number from before, but same place. Don't leave a message. Machine catches all the calls. Other numbers are 571-283-6424, 616-980-2537,616-597-4101, 201-373-8349, don't understand all the different area codes.

Folks receiving these crap calls may like to also read at this link as well: 800notes.com and vice-versa. You may want to call HSBC's HQs at 1-847-564-5000 and ask to speak with Michael Haynes. Michael is some sort of an Executive with this crap outfit. Another Caller ID number this crap outfit uses is: 571-283-6424, 616-597-4101, 866-841-7507. But besides pursuing things like your Stat's Attorney General's office in order to register formal complaints (this has nothing to do with the do-not-call-registry, this has to do with requesting they stop calling and then if they continue 3 more time you have their butts cold)I highly recommend that you get yourself a freebie account with GrandCentral.com (A Google owned company) and use the phone number they will supply to you (in your own area code) on ALL consumer business related transactions (credit cards, utilities, cable companies, etc, etc ... bascially anyone except friends and relatives who you really want to hear from. Put your new GrandCentral.com number on a personal/business card if you can't recall it ... and give that number out first in order to defeat these crap companies who share your regular number with 3rd parties at their whim, OR who have been known to lose or otherwise mishandle your personal data.

Called and asked for my Spouse by her name. We are on Do not call list. I told him no one here by her name and he proceeded to go on about something as I was hanging up. Filed complaint with do not call.gov

Caller ID says from HSBC, but caller asks for my wife by name. She has two Orchard Bank cards which are owned by HSBC. Will Not leave message. Am up to date on payments so it must be a marketing call.

ITC telemarketer for HSBC. There's an option to add your number to the do not call list.

They keep calling..but we dont answer..it says unknown and they will not leave a message..AWFUL

How do I stop them from calling?

  1. Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
  2. If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the FTC.
  3. Block them with a call blocker:
