Keep getting calls from these guys who say they are with Windows Technical support. This is a scam!! They never stop calling either.
Said windows technical support and I need to renew my computer certificate and it would cost $140.00 for 3 years. Tried to get me to go to western union
The person Identified himself as from "Windows technical support". Claim4ed that the he will fix my reported problems on my computer. Guided me to ammyy.com
I THINK THEY RECORDED ME! WTF THEN IT WAS THANK YOU GOOD BYE!! AFTER I SAID HELLO THREE TIMES
The people calling from this number are scam artists. i work for western. union and have delta with customers getting scam by them all the time. they are based out of India and all you can do is keep reporting them. whatever you do never give them any information, and try to get as much info from them if you can.
I have received 10 calls from this number in the last 2 days. I kept ignoring them but finally i answered so i could cuss them out but there was silence on the other end of the line and eventually they hung up. We'll see if they continue to call back...if so i will have to figure out what agency i need to report them to because this is total harrassment.
They call about 5 times a day. Sometimes I answer a computer says goodbye and hangs up. Other times I answer there is nothing there. A few times that I did answer they ask for me personally and says his name is Steve (not possible he/she sounds forign) I can hear myself repeating in the background before the respond. He says he is through a financial company for loans. We have applied for loans through sercure site well known and he is still getting the number. We don't give him information and we ask question they ignore them and countinue talking. This is a scam.
They called 6-8 times in a w kept hitting ignore still kept calls so i thought it was an,extremely urgent call so i answered it was a scam about a grant wow they woke me up for nothing totally ticked
I believe the number is a skype number
I received this call and before it was a scam about a legal matter not sure how they are getting my number but i reported them to the ftc. i would like this to stop janalee
I want know who they are. They were very rude and would not say. I want to sue them
Received call on my cell phone. Could not make out from who or what company. They left a repeating message to call 518-694-5465 or 66. Since this is a new cell phone # for me and I have not given it out to anyone yet, I believe they are on a fishing expedition to see who answers so they can sell the number to someone else.
I received these types of calls 3 times in the last week. Normally when someone calls I get their name below the number. However on these calls I saw Charge Complete. I was concerned that somebody might be trying to scam my number to charge something. This is actually my company phone so I only do business on it and don't answer unrecognizable or generic numbers. You might check your phone bills to make sure nothing's being charged to your phone for this.
Answered this number to a weird "my car warranty is about to expire" message. Where is 234-567-891? International?
I've received two calls from this number in the past two days. And thanks to this idiot, they woke me up this morning too. They don't seem to get the hint that I don't want their warranty crap, seeing how I press "ignore" every time they called.
Got a call from 234567891 with a automatic message!!! scam!!
Recently, I have been recieving daily phone calls on my cell at a regular time in the mornings (9:00 AM Western). The calls sometimes vary as to what number they originate from. It seems, however, that the calls are being placed through inactive phone numbers throughout the US. without the consent of those who are registered under the number. Good luck getting the bastards.
