I've gotten a bunch of these. Supposedly family oriented. Asks for "lady of house". Won't speak or give any explanation/information to the "man of the house".

feature films , some kind of fucking Christian shit...fuck you soul-soliciting pig fuckers.

I made the mistake of buying some movies from this company 15 years ago. Somehow, several states and phone numbers later, they have found me again. They called my home and cell several times a week. I have tracked their calls online and they call from 7 different area codes. A month ago, I answered and told them to take me off their call list immediately.
They started calling again yesterday!

did not call back as i could not id them & is long distance. have rec'ed 2 other calls this week from 231 & 618 area codes. robocalls both & from MI. looked up on my computer & found you all. by the was the # they are calling is my cell

Left no message on voice mail. We are on National Do Not Call List. Reported to complaints.donotcall.gov

Posters on other boards are reporting similar - that the "wholesome films" folks are no longer calling themselves Dove Foundation but instead using the Feature Films for Families name. These posters report the calls are made by a Canadian call center, who probably buy bulk telephone service in the USA. Guess it will the FCC and FTC some time to figure how to go after violators of the Do Not Call list who make calls from Canada. Dove Foundation is based in Grand Rapids, MI.

Put a fax on the line, don't answer the call and let 'em eat fax. They all go away soon.

Folks, pick up the phone and place it by your TV or radio and walk away. Let them spend/waste their money.Don't ever say a word or even breath into the phone. That is what I do.....I love playing their games. Hey they got the money to waste, not me. After a while these idiots get the hint, at least they have from me.

i called this number back and they asked to take 20 seconds of your time to explain some kind of film entertainment.....if you have children under 16 yrs old in your house, how to help "clean up" entertainment......probably some pervs trying to use your kids in film

Call from Cammy, 9:00pm on a week night. Kept talking over me, wouldn't stop. Said she got my number by typing a random series of numbers and she will call back. Hung up on me as I said do not call me anymore... This is so annoying, what is the point? Now they know they have a good # and will probably sell it to more assholes!

This number was on my phone yesterday but I didn't take the call, looked it up online and found this page. As I read it, I recognized the Kami voice recognition recording scenario and thought I'd have a bit of fun if I ever picked up that call in the future. Well...today, just after the unanswered call yesterday, from another number "Kami" did call me again. So as soon as I heard her recorded voice, I said, "Is this a recording?" and she cheerfully said, "Do I sound that bad?" and then the creepy deceptive Automaton LAUGHED!!!I repeated, "This is a recording." and Kami repeated her same exact statement and same creepy laugh! I then just repeated everything she said which screwed up the machine's ability to handle the constant interruption of my words so she ended up just skipping to the end of her spiel and thanking me for my taking time to listen or whatever. I can imagine a person could get a kick out of saying all sorts of things to Kami to see what her various responses might be...could be mildly entertaining on boring rainy day, or "fun" company for a very lonely fellow. hahaha

Called my cell...has called every other day this past week. I don't answer, they leave no message.

This interactive female voice recording keeps calling my cell phone - argh!@#!@# There's no way to ask her to take me off her list.

They used to call my home phone. Now they are calling my cell. Very upsetting.

I got a call from these people before and googled a florida number,
this time i answered it because I have friends in michigan... same
people. asked if i had kids or grandkids, said no and asked them
to take me off the list. hope they do.

where do they get all these cell phone numbers???

a female left a message on my voicemail saying something like, " thank you, sorry to have bothered you". weird.

After their repetitive phonecalls (about 3 a week over the last 3 months = 36 phonecalls) I figured out what it is. It is not voice-recognition. Kami is a recording...but there is a human who clicks on the appropriate "canned" response that Kami should give. Maybe there is some time-savings...but I don't think it reflects the love that the Bible teaches.

Got the call today, didn't answer it... Got similar call from "Mortgage Svcs" 571-283-3422

These people also call with 571-283-6422 with caller id saying Kami & Robert. Very annoying.

Some family association representative called about how hollywood movies are too raunchy for children today. Though she said they do not endorse censoring, what she described was pretty much censorship of non-family movies and to promote even more family-oriented movies to be produced.

She said her name is Kami and was looking for the lady of the house. Well, the call came to my cell phone so I found it weird - and hung up. It sounded more like an automated message.

why do these freaks keep calling? who can they be reported to?

No message left. Called back and it wnet into voice mail box.. "this is customer service leave your name and..."

I've gotten this number on my caller ID many times on my house phone and cell phone. This is very annoying both 231-224-2070 and 571-283-6422 its getting old and annoying. Who ever is doing that needs to stop!!!

Well, Kammi, Kammy, Cammi, Cammy, annoyed me four times in the last two weeks. I finally picked up the telephone and said "Hello." She asked for the lady of the house. I made my voice falsetto and said "Speaking!" Such Christians! Using voice recognition to delude honorable people into thinking that a real person was making the call! When the robot did not understand my response that was different from "Yes" or "No," I said "F*** you!" Hah! Cammy the robot was apparently programmed to understand that obscenity for it terminated the call. With luck, the so-called Christians will now leave me alone.

This woman with an ex-cheerleader sounding voice calls me every day and pretends like my answering machine is a real person. "Hello this is Kami, may I please speak to Jimmy? Ok... Is the lady of the house available?" The last 2 days the message has included an extra part at the end, "This is Kami from Feature Films for Families. Thanks for your time, bye."

My name is James, nobody calls me Jimmy, so I assume she's trying to pretend like she's my pal to get me to answer. I never have, and never will. So I hope they're happy spending their dime to call me every day and leave a stupid message. I feel popular because my answering machine light is always blinking when I get home.

She used to call from 571-283-6422 with caller ID "KAMI AND ROBERT". Same cheerleader voice, but back then she would just say "This is Kami, may I please speak with Jimmy?"

Kami shoulda studied in high school instead of bangin all the jocks and becoming an annoyingly perky telemarketer.

I ANSWERED THE PHONE AND THE SAID HER NAME WAS KAMI. I HUNG UP. JUST THOUGHT IT REAL STRANGE THAT KAMI CALLED FROM THIS NUMBER WHEN SHE USUALLY CALLED FROM 571-283-6422.

Phone rang in an odd alert tone and call registered as "Data Call." I could not answer but called the number back. Woman answered and the Feature Films for Families spiel begins. I asked her "are you a real person" and the robot voice said "yes" and went on. Very creepy. I've gotten this call before from the 571 number and, foolishly, gave the robogirl my number so they wouldn't call again. Guess I can expect a lot more of these soon!

Every time I get home from work, this same darn message is on my answering machine: uh, okay. Uh, is the lady of the house home? Okay, this is Tammy from feature films. Thank you. Very annoying. My # is unlisted in the phone book and with the directory/411.

The number (231) 224-2070 is from the "Dove Foundation" aka "Feature Films for Families". They claim to be "Christians", which one supposes the devil would do also if Satan was in the same line of work, which is likely. They're on Wikepedia. They're a radical right-wing religious cult organization specializing in shaking down "donations" in the name of "family values", even though they have no values and are a criminal racket. Naturally, my phone company denies having sold my account information to them, even though there's no other way they could have acquired it.

They know my answering machine picks up at five rings so now they keep ringing 4 times and they hang up. They keep calling and calling. It is currently running three times a week. Imagine how many people are being annoyed by them as you are reading this. THAT is Christianity?

Just got a hang-up call from this number! I answered the phone and no-one talked, I called them back and got answering service saying "customer service how may I help you?" This is retarded, how am I supposed to know how they can help me if I dont know who is calling??Ignorants idiots didnt leave a company name on their answering machine, and previously failed to leave a message on my answering machine before when they called! They suck!!!!

They keep calling, and we have an unlisted number. The call display says "Michigan". They never leave a message when we let the machine get it. Very strange the various groups that people say are calling from this number, isn't it?

Just got the Christian call, Feature Films for Families. Halfway through, I realized that it is a computer system ... I threw a few random comments at her and it was crazy the way the system kept spitting back the answers it thought would fit. Now THAT's scarier than any movie.

This telemarketer has called a few times in the past few weeks. I answered today in the hope of telling these people to stop calling, but there was so much background noise on their end (sounded like loud music) that I couldn't understand a thing that the woman said. She kept talking and talking, so I told her to stop calling, then hung up.

I am getting so sick and tired of these kinds of calls .Alot of these calls we get seem to come from Michigan,just different area codes. They never leave a message.

Call from "Feature Films for Families". When I asked what she was calling for and if it was a survey ,etc she went into hyper speak, would not let me interupt and then hung up after reading her script! Incredible. Makes me want to go watch a viol;ent movie. Fucking Christians.

I think this is a telemarketer for a "christian" group called Dove. I've dealt with them AND a firm that does their phoning and asked to be taken off the call list. I guess THAT didn't work!!

Female caller stated that she was collecting info in support of a TV production companies combatting violence. Asked if I would be able to provide input.

Another freaking bogus phone call!!! Do these freaks have lives? Ever go Outside?? Have REAL jobs??? So dull. Really, really DULL.
