This was a call from a local (?) pay phone and I accepted but no one was there. Accepted the charges, but no one was there. Called the number back, it rang once, and then beeped like I had called a fax number. Hope this wasnt a scam. Just called operator and NO info on this number at all. Don't accept the charges, is all I can say I suppose.
