It was a cller speaking in spanish saying something about winning a $1000 shopping spree.
Got a call today on my cell with a Spanish speaking recording. I'm in Ft.Lauderdale area with Verizon as my cell provider

A recording played in Spanish indicating I had won $1000, and I should proceed by pressing "1". I'd assume is spam, and pressing "1" acknowledges that I agree with something.
