Cld and asked for someone I didn't know. Told him he had the wrong #. Friendly & excellent English, but since I didn't recognize the number I googled it. Not sure why he was calling my number unless it was indeed a misdial since I have no credit cards or dealings with Bank of America or FIA Card Services. Caller ID was [no name].
Called my cell and land line. Left a message on my cell saying they are from FIA card services. They want to "help out in these difficult financial times" and said they would work with me with a variety of options if I called back. I'm sorry. I asked them for help when things started getting rough months ago, but they said there was nothing they could do to help. I sincerely doubt they are going to "help" now.
Called left message in very poor English. Seems to be from India. Pressed #1 still bad English.Company should change thier name to Bank of India as the seems to have no Americans working. They also do not have the phone number to HQ.
Called on cell phone no ID no message. Then called on land line ID Card Services. It is BOA.
