I called the number back and it goes to an automated system that says "Thank you for calling card services...."
Calls everyday at 10:00 A.M.
Got them too. Asked bofa and they said it wasnt them. The automated message even asked for my social to update account info... A little shady.
PER FDCPA LAW ANYONE ATTEMPTING TO COLLECT A DEBT MAY ONLY CALL BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8AM -9 PM YOUR TIME. IF THEY CALL U BEFORE 8AM OR AFTER 9PM TELL THEM THEY ARE BREAKING THE FDCPA LAW. (POSS SUIT)
Yup it's BOA and they will stop at nothing to get the money
It's Bank of America (who bought out MBNA). Just like their initials (BOA), they are just like a constricting snake, and the most bloodthirsty, ruthless, and uncaring bank in the entire country. If you're late on a credit card payment, they will hound you day and night (calling from as many as a dozen different numbers) and squeeze you to death until you comply with their demands. They don't give a damn about anyone. They just want their money.

Its MBNA, a Credit Card company, and its their past due account collections department. If you have a call from this number, its because you have a card that they either issued or managed.
They don't leave a message and call in the morn.
