A total scam saying that your credit card company authorized them to give you a lower interest rate. Ya like that will ever happen.

They are some sort of hardship consumer program offering some bullshit "no obligation" crap and offers to remove your number by pressing "1" and then typing in your number on the keypad. I didnt type in my number due to other scams they run and thats one way they get u caught up in bullshit is by having YOU type in your number to be "removed" from their data base. I didnt wanna risk it so I chose not to and rather call blocked them instead.

How do I stop them from calling?

  1. Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
  2. If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the FTC.
  3. Block them with a call blocker or something like Nomorobo.
