When I answered, they hung up.

Said they were doing a research survey on financial planning. Caller ID shows as a CELL PHONE in CALIFORNIA.

They have called twice today and leave no message.

This number has called 4 times today every time I ask that they not call again, they hang up on me.

they asked me several questions. when they asked me where i bank, i told them that i didn't feel comfortable giving that information. so he said that was all the questions he had. funny thing, i just had a charge made on my debit card recently that was not something i purchased. coincidence?

This is a junk call from a company claiming to be doing customer research surveys or market research or political surveys and the "do not call list" doesn't do anything about it because they have no control over companies claiming to do political surveys. So I can get calls at 8:30pm on a sunday at home.

ive gotten five calls today and they change thier name it seems like they want to do a survey on relationships? or fish for information i wish they would quit calling.

Don't know anyone in California, did not pick up and won't pick up.

Hmmm... I wonder what ER SURVEYS surveys. Maybe they call to find out if people are bothered by their intrusive annoying calls. Sure am glad the government created the do-not-call list. Real thoughtful of them to include lots of loopholes so that no actual junk callers wouldn't be too inconvenienced by it. I get as many junk calls now as before they instituted the stupid do-not-call list. Thanks for nothing you bunch of corrupt sleazy politicians. Heaven forbid that you make a do-not-call list that actually works and risk pissing off any of those lobbyists that line your pockets.

I received a call from 2135047017, from Los Angeles CA according to my caller ID, and chose to look it up instead of answering.

They called me 3 or 4 times. I answered finally and they said they are going to ask me some questions and they hangup. I couldn't understand him very well either. I hope they won't call me again.

I found this posting on another site and tried it. If you call the number, you can request to be taken off their internal list. I just tried it tonight, so we'll see what happens. I can't believe I'm having to spend my evening trying to get these freaking people to quit calling me, though...

The number belongs to DigitCom Services, which apparently leases numbers to telemarketers. I found this info on their website: digitcom.net. You can file a complaint on their website against their customer.

All you have to do is send an email to dnc@tmcallerid.com. In the email, include the phone number that shows up on your caller ID and your own phone number, plus a polite request that they remove you from their call list and add you to their internal Do Not Call list if they have one. I did this Saturday. I got one more call from them with no voicemail left on Sunday evening, I assume because the person fielding these requests was out for the weekend. Today, I haven't received any calls, so it seems to have worked.

Two calls today. One at 5:20pm and one at 7:52pm EST. Didn't answer either. May be from this company: easternresearch.com

Called a third time today at 9:14pm

calling at 1030 on a sunday night...for the sixth time today! First i didn't answer. second time they said they had a 'banking opportunity' and i was totally not buying that one. third and fourth time did not answer, fifth time i answered they asked if i wanted to take a survey, which i said NO. i called the # and they give you an option to remove your number...which i did....however, they just called again.

These pests have been calling for about a month, sometimes 3 or 4 X a day. They never leave a message, and mostly hang up when I do answer the phone. Sometimes immediately after they call, another call, "unknown", or --- --- ---- on my caller ID, immediately follows this one, and also sometimes "No Data Sent" appears on my caller ID after they called and the phone rings again.

These guys called from the phone # 213-504-7017 & the caller ID came up as "Cell Phone CA". My wife answered the phone, they asked to speak w/ her (using her full maiden name -- just got married 5 months ago). they then proceeded to ask her questions about the healthcare system (the management of healthcare facility that she works with, the pharmaceutical companies, healthcare CEO's & the insurance companies & then asked....GET THIS: "what her opinion is on President Barack Obama". WTF?!?!?! this sounds really wierd to me.

They have called twice in 24 hours. I have asked both times to be removed. They are doing a survey about childcare is what they said. I told them I wasn't interested. This stuff should be illegal.

I too am getting sick of these calls.. I answered the first one...no one there...now I am getting up to 6 per day and from two different numbers....213-510-7017 and 202 534 3124.

I did some research and found out they are Eastern Research Services, LLC with their headquarters in Pa! Thei phone number is 610-543-9575. Website is eastern resources.com.
they buy our numbers from a co. called digit.com. their number is 1-866-225-1956 and there is a message that if You want to be removed from their site to leave a message which I did. Their website is dnc@tmcallerod.com.

I hope this crap gets stopped as I am so sick of it too.

They called and my son answered the phone. They asked for me and told him they were from Target... a cell phone in CA? I don't think so. This is very disturbing!

they would just ring our # and when we answer they do not even speak. They keep calling us through the day and it's frustrating.

Annoying on so many different levels starting with the fact that i am registered with the National Do Not Call Registery and calling when you are in bed asleep they do not mind waking you up at any hour. Better hope i never find out who you are and where you live, you might have to have that phone surgically removed from your anal cavity.

Received 4 phone calls from ER Surveys today,ignored 1, hung up on 2, finally picked up the fourth. I was told they were a survey company and not selling anything. I responded that I had already received 3 calls from them that day and they needed to stop calling me. I was told that if I took the survey that they would stop calling. I told the young man that was extortion and he couldn't force me to take a survery by threatening me. He asked me with a much nicer attitude to take a political survey and it would only take 5 minutes. I said okay and then he said he had reached his quota and I would not need to take the survey and they would quit calling me. I think these people are doing some kind of weird psychological testing. He was scribbling on a pad in the background the whole time we were talking. Somebody needs to check these people out.

Called my cell phone at 8:45 pm; hung up when I answered.

I have received 3 calls from this number in the past 3 hours. They did not leave a message, so I called the # back and had my telephone number removed from their records. Their recording states it will take up to 48 hrs for my number to be removed from their calling program and that the National Do No Call regulations do not prohibit them from contacting me since they are a survey company. Well, I just hope for their sake they don't call back a 4th time, because I will answer and it won't be pretty. How arrogant!

Received another phone call on the cell from this number today, 02-21-10. This is the second time they have called. It is a "political push poll". I finally took the poll a couple of weeks ago, once I made some statements regarding there needed to be some health care reform, I was told they had met their quota for the day. I don't understand why this company is allow to call cell phones. I don't care which political party you support but I'm not looking forward to the political phone calls. I which we could opt out them also.

I've received several calls from 213-504-7017 but never picked up. If I try to dial this # back I get a recording. But one time they left a call back # on my answering machine...1-800-251-6395. They gave a reference code to identify myself with when calling back and they did ask for it when I called so it must be a code that's individually assigned. The lady who answered (she was a real person!) was very nice and she said she'd take my # off their call list right away. We'll see!

Called after hours, I was in bed. Called the number back at 4:00 AM CA time. Got a recorded message on the rules of the DNC list. Was able to opt out at the end. It takes up to 48 hours so we will see if they call back. Remember, they may be able to call you once, but are required to take your name off if you ask.

It's known that cash can make people autonomous. But what to do when one has no cash? The one way is to receive the mortgage loans and just sba loan.
