How do I stop them from calling?

They've been harassing me for more than 4 years. Told them to remove me from call list but they don't listen.
get a lot of calls from them offering a free vacation...more than likely timeshare marketing calls as stated earlier...don't know how to get them to stop calling though

These guys are calling approximately 15x/day and they end up cursing and making racial slurs on the phone...Is anyone out there know how I can get my hands on any of them?
