I'm just starting to get the calls from this number. I know that some telemarketers use automated calling computers that just hang up but will relay to the live telemarketers which calls are answered. The purpose is to enable them to avoid calling numbers that won't be answered. It saves their time . . . and to heck with yours.

These people keeps calling 5 times a day, I never answer the phone. How can I keep them from calling

number as called several times this week told them I'm not interested. Today I was in GED testing and this number called almost every hour on the hour. I ended up turning my phone off, then they just called about 20minutes ago. Never applied for anything. Really getting on my nerves.

same problem as tiffany, never apply for any types of grants from any company.

i am sick of these people calling me about a grant that i did,nt as for. please stop all calls now they have called here about 20 times and the last month put a stop to it now.thank you. sign mad as hell.

they have called me 5 times in an hour and a half this morning. it only rings once or twice, then they hang up. I can't even manage to answer the phone.

i dont know who this is calling but whoever i spoke to from this number barely speaks english. she wanted money for a government grant. i wouldnt need a grant if i can afford to pay for anything!

After I had tried answering the call several times like many people have done. No answer so I immediatly typed in the number on the web. wow all this showed up. The phone calls kept coming through out the day so I finally called back they said, is this marla such and such, and your number is such and such. Are you interested in a gov'n grant i said no I did the research on you guys online. Im not going to give you my credit card info or anything else your wasting your time and lots of people are catching on to so PLEASE STOP CALLING ME! going on day 2 no phone calls. I guess we will see.

REC'D NUMEROUS CALLS. WHEN ANSWER I ANSWER, IT IS A RECORDING TO HOLD ON FOR A MESSAGE.

This number has called my daughters cell phone 2 or 3 times looking for a Lisa and then a Gail. I could not completely understand them to get the complete name of the company. The few words I could make out was some type of grant service.

ID as Global Reach. Answer and they disconnect.

This number 213 452 6533 has called 3 times in the last 2 hours and they dont let it ring for more than 13 seconds! And when you try to call them they answer and the call center representive says that this number belongs to a government grant program and they will report the mishap with the phone calls, every telephone operator so far has had a thick Indian (from India) accent.

Only way I know to try and make them stop is to file a complaint with FTC.

Click on file a complaint. I think filing an individual lawsuit will be way too hard (anyone know where/how to serve them a summons?).
FTC can at least get them shut down as a while (probably to pop up again under another name.

6-8 calls per day--now on the blocked caller list on my cell phone so the phone doesn't ring but they keep calling. REALLY ANNOYING!!!

This company keeps calling every 2-3 hours for the last 5 days, I've talked to couple people-they are trying to reach person who had this number 3 years ago. I asked them to stop calling (my phone number on do not call list), they still do....

got two calls from them this week

I have received several calls from 213-452-6533, with the latest happening at around 8 a.m. this morning (7/28). They've called as late as 10 p.m. before, and it seems I have had the same experience that others have had...the phone will only ring twice, or maybe 3 times. If I happen to make it to the phone and pick it up before it quits ringing, no one is there. Very irritating. My caller ID says calls are coming from 'GLOBALREACH INT' at 213-452-6533. After being woke up this morning, I finally decided to call the number back. A lady with an Indian accent answered the phone. I asked her to please remove my phone number from her calling list, and she was very kind, and seemed to genuinely be writing the number down to delete it from their database. I was expecting a much nastier reaction, but she apologized and said she would take care of it. We'll see if they call again. Oh, and by the way, I did not call them back from my home phone; I used my cell phone which is not the number they call.

These phone calls began on Friday, July 24, 2009.
We had three in less than an hour and two within
5 minutes of each other. No one was ever there.

I probably shouldn't have, but I called this number
back on Saturday, July 25, 2009. I told the first
person I talked to that we had received 42 calls in
three days and I wanted them to stop immediately.
That was admittedly an exaggeration, but I am in serious mode
and the number I use at home is on the do-not-call list.

She said "OK" and hung up on me. Did not take any
information, they probably use the same type of software
that Domino's Pizza uses that can ID your number even from
a blocked line and pop it up onto their screen...but I
was a bit ticked so I called back.

This same girl answered the phone with a simple "yes??"
and I asked for a supervisor.This is what happened next:
GRI: Big Sigh. shuffle, muffled voices, shuffle, Big Sigh
"Hello, can I help you?"
ME: I need to speak to a supervisor

GRI: Hello, can I help you?

ME: I need to speak to your supervisor, someone in charge
who can actually help me.

GRI: Hello, can I help you?

ME: You have called me 42 times in 3 days and I want it to
stop. If you call me again, I will be contacting my
attorney and I will be pressing harassment charges for
you calling a number on the do-not-call list

GRI: You do not want to have a grant from the government
under the president's bail out plan?

(BIG RED FLAG HERE FOLKS....THE BAILOUT IS NOT FOR THE
PRIVATE CITIZENS, IT IS FOR THE CORPORATIONS AND CORRUPT
GOVT SPENDING OFFICIALS)

ME: What I want is for you to stop calling my number and
I want you to understand that we will be following up
with our attorney who says you MUST stop calling us
when we ask you to.

GRI: Can I have your phone number?

I did give her the number (probably shouldn't have, but
I am having good faith that the calls will stop)

GRI: Now I need your name and address

ME: NO you do NOT! You only need the telephone number
that you are using to harass me! You do not need my
name, you do NOT need my address, you only need to delete
my telephone number from your data base

GRI: I need your name to delete you

ME: DO you have a supervisor I can talk to who understands
that you only need to delete my number and stop calling me
or our attorney will continue with the papers that are
ready to be filed against your corporation at
telephone number 213-452-6533??

GRI: I have deleted your number.

ME: Thank you very much, have a great day!

(*CLICK*) dial tone, so I hung up.

hopefully this will stop the calls, if not, we may have
to actually contact the atty I said we already had!

God forgive me for lying, but I want the calls to stop!


hopefully if you call them and offer to sell them something or
if you call them with litigious threats the calls will stop. We'll
wait and see!

the number 213-452-6533 on 7/20/09 8:35pm and call 6 time from Globalreach Int thay say noting

they called me also asking for my credit card numbers to ship me a grant kit. when i called them back with a pre pay visa card number loaded with 5 dollars i told them that it was a pre paid visa with 5 dollars on it they hung up on me. this company is a scam if anyone has information on how to report them and get them busted please post back on here. grants for citizens ?? THESE PEOPLE ARE ALL FROM INDIA I CANT UNDERSTAND A WORD THEY SAY. !!! grants for citizens are a scam ! ! THEY DONT HAVE A SINGLE EMPLOYEE WORKING THERE THAT CAN CORRECTALY SPEAK ENGLISH EVEN.. This number has called my home at least 20 times each day for the last week. If I answer it is a dial tone. I called the number using a *67 They said it was a grant program from the internet. I googled and it says its a trip to two countries for Judism . What is this crap? Someone needs to stop this and stop it now. We are certainly not Jewish or do we have any desire to learn about this.

These people keep calling us started yesterday but we have caller ID so just click and hang up on them .. prob a scam anyway ..

They continue to call my cell number at least 20 times a day. If I answer they hang up. I would like for them to stop calling at all.

THEY HAVE CALLED MY HOUSE AT 7:00 AM TILL 10:00PM A TOTAL OF 38 CALLS ALL BY 5 PM AND ANOTHER 28 FROM 5 TO 10 THATS TOTAL HERASSMENT AND WHEN YOU ANSWER NO ONE IS ON THE LINE YET IF YOU TRY TO CALL BACK YOU GET PUT ON HOLD AND NO ONE WILL EVER PICK UP TO TALK TO YOU. I HAVE NOT ONLY WENT TO THE DO NOT CALL LIST AND THE B.B.B. I HAVE MADE A LIST OF ALL THE NUMBERS THAT THEY CALL FROM AND GAVE THEM TO MY PHONE COMPANY SO THEY ARE NOW BLOCKED FOR GOOD.

CALL YOUR PHONE COMPANY AND THEY WILL PUT A STOP TO IT JUST GIVE THEM ALL THE NUMBERS THAT THEY USE .

you can call your attorney generals office, get on the no call list, you have to wait three months then if they call you. You can sue them for some where in the amount of 1,500 dollar and also have them pay your attorneys fee and court cost. hope this helps people if we stick togeather we can stop these companies from harrasment you can also use *67 in front of your number then they can't tell who's calling.

Im so tired of this number calling me i get a phone call from the at 20 times a day and it starts at 8 am every morining i want them to stop damn calling me.

The most annoying part is that caller id showed nothing but the number...and then, I kept saying 'hello' but no one said anything back!

I called the number and it is " Grants for citizens". I gave them a piece of my mind with every cuss word that i could think of, i told them that i am tired of hang up calls from some stupid f'ing grant co and do not call me any more... lets see if it worked.

I have received many calls from these people too. However, I have now realized that I asked for it, kind of. I remember a few months ago, I was searching on the internet something about government grants when I saw that stupid infomercial with Kevin Trudeau and I probably hit some button that resulted in the selling of my phone number. How that happened I don't know. I called back and I told the woman I am not interested. Hopefully, they will not call back.

One day I got 4 calls from about 7pm untill 8:50 Told them not to call back but they keep on. I told them that I would get them for harazzment they still call. On my phone ID it is globalreach int

tried to get credit card numbers from my son . he was smart enough to say 'i can't do that!!!!!

claimed to be offering grant monies and wanted credit card info, immediately got me suspicious.

I have been getting calls from this number several times a day for about three weeks, who are they and what do they want? I ask because when I answer the is no response from the caller.

Called 5 times today in 4 hours. Last time I answered I said " stop calling this number!" lets see how long that lasts. It shows on my cell as call from California.

They continually call us and need to stop

I HAVE HAD 6 CALLS IN 2 DAYS AND I AM GETTING MADDER BY THE MIN.

I get multiple calls per day from this number and they leave no message. I just ignore.

Called 3 times in two days

Called twice. You can hear someone on the other end but when you say hello they hand up. They have called 7 times in the last week always around the same time.
When you call the phone # back no one answers.

I got 2 calls from this number in less than 1 hour.

Had six calls from this number in the last two days. June 28-29.

I have received 2 calls from this number and other calls from other 213 numbers belonging to this same company. This has to stop.
