These people call daily, several times a day, beginning before 9 am and up till 9:30 at night, wanting us to start a "dollar store". When I remind them I'm on the national no call list, they hang up.

Calls are related to mydollarstore and projectpay.com as dollarstore is one of sign up offers - they keep calling even if you decide not to complete signup
This company calls me at least once or twice a day, ever since I started to sign up for a "free" dollar store on the web.
They called me 5 times today. Never left a message. When I tried to call them back all I get is a busy signal.
I keep getting calls and when I answer there is no response.
