It's a SCAM!
This call came in on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at 10:54 a.m. It's an automated call from an unknown company wanting to help lower one's credit card interest rate. They DO NOT offer the receiver the choice to OPT OUT of future calls (as is the LAW), but they do tell you to press 9 to speak with a representative. I did not press 9, as I think they'd hang up on me before I could finish asking them to remove my number from their Calling List.
