Who Called Us

I received this call on my cell. My son has also had the same caller on his cell. Both calls were routed through India. The man said it had to do with an outstanding Legal matter of grave import. This is a SCAM.

National Auto Division - CALL THEM TO COMPLAIN!

I received the same calls and the same rude, offensive behavior. I did a little digging based upon what some of the posts here and called National Auto Division in New Jersey at 800.430.4428 then pressed 0 for the operator. I spoke with George (I am withholding his last name) and told him what was happening. He apologized and took my phone number and promised to remove my number within 20 minutes. I went on to inform him of the goings on in Palmdale, CA and of the postings on this web site of abuse and how angry people are. He said he would look into it. I have no idea if he is sincere he is. If the calls persist I will report it to this site.

Ask the caller to identify themselves...they would not. They asked for me personally but I would not give any information without knowing who I was talking with. These phone calls have been none stop and very rude in nature. I'm glad to know there are others that have experienced the same.

Iam like most of you on here, trying to find out who NAD is. I finally spoke with a guy by the name of Luis from PAC WEST - 1 800-511-9048, to launch an official complaint. He was very helpful and did a search on 209-320-9666, and told me that it was one of their client. He sent them an email while I was on the phone to get my number on their DO NOT CALL LIST. I continue to get phone calls from NAD even after I told them not to call my number. Now, I will have to wait and see if Luis's email got to them , and hope they do not call my number ever again.

I seem to be a person they like to call constantly as well, now i just hang up on them before they can do it to me.

Well, I guess they have the right number 666, because Iam thinking the must be the devil him self.This number calls OVER AND OVER.IAM ABOUT TO CHANGE MY NUMBER.I have 3 numbers that, call every day over and over ,I think Iam going CRAZY.Sometimes I just turn my ringer off ,But thats crazy I pay for a phone so People can call me no crazy companys that want to drive me insain.God I dont know what to do.I added my number to the no call list ,but it hasnt helpd so far!! Any one know how to fix this .

This company HAS to be Stopped. They call our number everyday and ask for my wife. When I tell them she's not here and ask to take a message they say nothing and hang up. I have called at least a dozen times to ask them to take us off their list and they continue to call. I've told them on the calls, when someone has not hung up, to quit calling and the calls still keep coming. If someone starts a class action suit please let me know as I would be a very willing participant.

This number just came up and when she asked if I was Mrs. ____ I said no, and she asked if there was a robert _____ at this number, i said "no not that i know of". She says "well then just say wrong number!" i said "ok, wrong number" and then she says "STUPID BITCH!"

thiss is 2nd time this number had called with no one there then hung up. it could be a cell phone

Called this morning, again. I called it back. It answers "This is the warranty division. If you want your number removed from our calling list please speak your 10 digit telephone number". Then you get a message stating the voice mailbox is full. This was not the first time this number has called. The guy asked for 'Betty". There is no Betty here and I have repeatedly traced the call back to this number. They need to stop calling. Why isn't my private number private? Who sold them my number?

this number called today and by the time ( answered the phone, they had hung up.. what the world, would National Auto Div be calling me?.. For NO REASON! have no business with them

they called my home number i was upset cause they knew my name and hung up . i tryed to call them back no name.

This company is a customer of PAC-WEST. I called to report the abuse at the number below. I also told them to notify their customer that if their customer, N A D, does not start respecting the "Do NOT Call" registry list, I will get a class action lawsuit going against N A D. I'm hoping the calls will stop now!

This number constantly calls everyday about 4/5 times a day. I don't answer any calls I don't know, except for today I
did using my business name just to see who it was and asked for the person I said no such person her since he used only the
first inital and then the last name. He said sorry wrong number and hung up. Hopefully that will solve the issue, but we are
also on the DO NO CALL LIST and yet we still get alot of sales calls. The only people exempt from that list are Political calls,
donation calls, fire and police. You can also report people who call you if you are on the Do not call list, but you have to gather
all their information, such as company name phone number and I think address. Then call the consumer agency in your state and report
the violation. If you keep track of them calling you with the above info you can also sue them for calling and harassing you because
of being on the do not call list. That list is only good for 5 yrs and you have to re-add your name after the 5 yr mark.

I keep getting calls from this number and same thing as the comments below, either they hang up and when I call back its always busy....any one know who this is?

everyday more than once this number calls my phone and hangs up when I say hello. How can I get them to stop

Received a call from this number and when I answered the guy asked if I would hold on a minute, he never came back to the phone. I hung up.
When I called back a recorded message stated if you do not want to receive anymore calls to type in your phone number. Beware as you do
not know who or what the initial call is about. DO ANSWER YOUR PHONE IF THEIR PHONE NUMBER COMES UP ON YOUR CALLER ID.

Hung up after I answer. I have called them back but they do not answer. I think when we call back they might be recording our caller ID and gather information. So I think it better not to call them back. Any one agrees?

After many calls from this number and no one there, a person finally was on the phone. However, he was extremely rude when I informed hime we were on the no call list.
