Credit reprice scammer, incomplete message, female voice -- began during recorder greeting as usual for this call category. Seemed like a worn down recording with almost no high end. Falsely claimed that written notices had been sent about the offer.
Yes, folks, another scam company. Avoid this so-called "Financial Group." In my estimation, they are thieves.
4 or 5 calls every day, wanting to lower the rates on my credit cards. Hmm. I only have one, and the rate is 3%.
Please stop the madness.
This call came immediately following a spoofed call from Customer Support.
