How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the
FTC. - Block them with a call blocker:
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

Get calls several times a week between 10 and 11 AM.

These people call several times a day. When I pick up, no one answers. They do not leave a message. Now that I know it's a RepubliCON push poll, I'm going to make sure I get to the phone in time and skew their "research".
This is so bad. I am on the do not call list. Why do these people keep calling my home and cell phones? I am very angry. Especially, since I registered and now get even more calls than before.....
This number 206-445-6611 just called MY CELL PHONE which is just wrong. Glad I did not answer- was on an important call on my other phone. Can't we do something to sabotage THEIR calling center????
Not the first time they called.
When i picked up, they didn't respond, so i started hitting the 1 key to tie up the line and waste their time like they wasted mine. It's a loaded-question republican 'poll' designed to get the answers they want rather than the honest response.
I picked up the phone, the person calling seemed to be talking to someone with them and said "unfortunately nobody has tried to hit on me". I said "Hello" and they hung up.
These jerks call up to 10 times a day and even at 9PM at night. I've called back and left messages. I can't block the call because BellSouth/AT&T said the call is out of our area....
It's an automated poll-taking organization, supposedly. They will not leave a message, and they call on Sundays and holidays. No human being is involved. They do not know who they are calling, but are generating numbers at random.
Why do these people call you when you are suppose to be on a no-call list? It's getting annoying.

RESEARCH CENTER has called four times over the past few days. I added them to my Voipo blacklist. They won't bother me again.
