I called this number back. It called 3 times in a row today. There was an automated answer that said if I was not interested in future calls from them for specials (something) then I could hit a certain button to be put on a do not call list. I'm already on the do not call list!
They have called several times and because the area code is out of the area, I don't answer. They don't leave a message, either.
The robo message said that they had repeatedly tried to contact me abut lowering my credit card rate and that this was my last chance to do so.
