How do I stop them from calling?

These Fucks called me with their Turbo Shit Scam.
People in all countries take the lowest-rate-loans.com in different banks, because that is easy and fast.
How do we get these calls to stop? I have left them three voice messages over the past few months, but the calls keep coming.
I get a call at least 2 times a week saying that since I listened to part of a call from them, I must be interested in being scammed. I answered my cell phone and a recorded message about having $500 bucks in my pocet by next week and I hung up.
Since then, about a month now, I've been pestered. I want this idiot message to stop !!!!

Abuse promo call from "TurboATM dot com" in violation of California law for using commercial robo-calling, and calling numbers on national do not call list. We have reported them to the Calif. Attorney's General office. Reported abuse to their hosting company and domain registrar.
Two calls from this number this evening, only to pick up to a dial tone. Gotta be an autodialer...
