This same number calls about every 2-3 weeks..They never leave a message..Very bothersome since my phone number is brand new..
FOXNEWS is going after all these people..Watch for FOXNEWS to post on TV during morning and evening prime times.. the owners name, photo address and what their organization is REALLY up to..

Another call from Rachel at Cardholder Services. I've been really nice thus far by pressing 2 to opt out of future calls. I'm now going to start pressing 1 & getting as much information as I can from these people so I can get them shut the F down.

This number has called me multiple times and sometimes leaves the same message...it calls my friend too HOW DID IT GET MY #
2 to 3 calls daily from these scammers this week, from a variety of numbers. "rachel from cardholder services" press 1 to speak with an operator about your account. When I asked the rep what number their system called so that I could then request no further contact, the jerk hung up on me.

More junk to a Do Not Call registered number from "card holder services" to lower rates.
When I pressed 1 to talk to a live person, 'Hernando' answered. I asked him if I could speak to a supervisor and he told me "No", and hung up. That is two calls in two weeks, and 'Hernando' hung up on me twice...it was the same person both times.
Yepp it was a voice recording from Rachel.....told me she could lower my interest rate on my credit card.....That's funny...I DON'T HAVE A CREDIT CARD!!!!!! CAN YOU SAY SCAM!!!!

We have now received this call twice. Again, there's a bit of dead air as the only "message" left on our voicemail.
Received call on cell and then on my home phone. No messages were left.
A message containing 15 seconds of dead air with what sounds like a staticky hang-up sound near the end.
This number literally showed up as DISCONNECTED for the name. We were out and never received the call. No message was left. I was quite amused by the name and wanted to see who it was. A mortgage company huh? I would say NOT!
THey called and offered to lower my mortgage with no strings attached. Sounds like TOTAL SCAM!
they say they are a third party company with over 500 banks/credit lenders as clients.
they offered to drop my revolving credit rate to 6.9%.
the man who called me was named 'percy' and he left a direct number to call him at (585) 354-8025.
I am unsure if they are legit.
