How do I stop them from calling?

they start calling at 8 am and stop at 8:57 pm daily. I refuse to answer.
Have received at least 20 calls. Spouse finally answered. Caller would only speak to me -- which will not happen.
For the record, I'm a relatively active Democrat; so, if this is really a shill for GOPAC or Michael Regan, the right wing has serious, hopefully fatal efficiency issues.
Someone called from this number tonight, about 7:30, and caller ID said it was Citizens United. I knew it would be a computer-dialed number (I hate those things!!!) so I waited for the pause and heard the woman say hello. She greeted me with the proper title and last name (Mrs. J_) but then asked for some guy with a competely different name than my husband. I informed her there was no one by that name here, and she apologized for the call.
Riiiiight. Like they won't be calling again. Ha.
The Caller IDs are names of conservative groups/individuals. These phone calls however are being left my liberal groups hoping to annoy people into not supporting them. They get ahold of the phone numbers of people on mailing lists for conservative groups and try to annoy the hell out of them, making it look like its being done by these conservative groups when in fact it is not. Best you can do is plead with your phone company to block these calls or perhaps report to the police the continual harassment.

Caller ID shows Dick Morris. Have had 3 calls on my caller ID once again this AM at 0833 . No one on other end when answered.
Have recieved 3 calls since July 10. This time I answered, no one was there.
I received a call on July 6, 2007 at 12:47P(just past noon). My caller ID showed Dick Morris. At first, no one said anything then a man asked for Scott Wallace. I told him there is no one here by that name.

I don't know if this is GOPAC, but I emailed them to ask them to remove me from their lists. They call everyday while I am at work. The other number is 202-552-1968 for Citizens United. The email for GOPAC is info@gopac.org

I got 3 calls from this number with the name Michael Reagan showing on my caller ID. I don't know the name and don't answer. The person never leaves a message when my answering machine comes on. Once I answered because I was at a phone without caller id and the person hung up. There have been many othr calls from that number but I cleared them out of my caller ID. How can this be stopped?
