This complaint is in reference to on-going unsolicited recorded telemarketer calls from Esta Sol to my home phone (on the National DO NOT CALL list).
The most recent call I received was on 3/12/2010 at 9:30 am from 402-982-0548.
Every time I receive a call from these scammers for a "Free Cruise, I have called to be placed on their DO NOT CALL list.
They state that calls will cease within 72 hours. This has been going on for months!!
I have filed a complaint with the FCC and the National Do Not Call registry, concerning this issue.
I have had to turn off the ringer on my home phone because they call as many as 4 times a day!
Please do something to make these people stop harassing thousands of people with their incessant telemarketing harassment!

I have been recieving calls from this number. Caller ID esta sol. Now my husband says they are calling at his work. I called the number back and a machine says if you do not wish to recieve their calls anymore to dial 1. It is a telemarketer. I simply hung up. I did not want to confirm to them they actually have a live working number. hmmmmm.
Did not leave a message. Esta Sol on the ID.
Received many calls weekly for many months. No message, just a call and hang up. Esta Sol as ID. they keep calling.
Got a call to answer survey questions, so I did to see what would happen. At the end it said I won a cruise and connected to me a live operator for my info. Apparently I'm supposed to get another call...so sketchy...
did not answer but I had left my phone unplugged for about a year and for about a month it has been Absolutley heavenly quiet until just now.I yanked it back out again
I just got a new cell phone yesterday and already a telemarketer. I didn't give my number to anyone because it is for emergencies only. I can't believe these damn telemarketers!!!!!!!!!!!

Is an automated call..it is suppose to connect to a human if you speak..
hit the # key seven times quickly when you KNOW is an automated call..
It will then mess it up..
anyone know who this is?
