ADIPOSE RX fraud

Did the same as others, started Acai berry form & didn't finish. I kept getting calls at my job on 12/13. Yesterday they called first thing in the morning; I picked up the receiver and hung it up. They called again a couple of hours later and I told the caller "this is the story, I've asked ya'll to top calling me and if you don't stop I going to call the Better Business Bureau and since this is being recorded who ever listening better do as I say". So far I haven't received another call. I guess, time will only tell.

I have recived over 12 phone calls from this number. I do not know how they got my number but I am not interestd in anything they are selling. I have spoken with at least three people that work for the company and told them this. They still are calling me I have tried to call the number back and either I get a busy signal or I get an automated line and follow the directions and put myself on the do not call list. Then 15min later they call me again. It starts about 6pm everynight and ends after 4 to 6 calls of no one there until the last call of the night when someone is finally on the phone and I tell them to never call me again that I am not interested. Then it all starts again the next night.

I can see many other people like your company as well as I do. I have told the salesman several times not to call!!! I am on the National do not call list. Several times I have used the option to be place on Red Rock's do not call list. That works as well as telling the Agent to stop calling. I have now turned the company in for not following the rules. At this time I am placing you on my own listening list. What I will do is listen to what ever you have to say as long as you like for a fee of $100 per minute or portion there of. In order to enact this contract all you need to do is to call me again. If you do not believe this is enforcable talk to the Wa telephone company who inirged a claim. The claim was taken to small claims court and the phone company did not make an apperance so they lost by default. The phone company then inorged the court order and the court placed a lien on the phone company.

These people called 17 times in 2 hours!!

I ASK THIS CALLER 189 TO STOP CALLING ME AND THE CALLES CAME EVERY 15 MIN. FOR ABOUT 3 HOURS. WHAT AN ASS.

called 4 times today get a call saying unknown then a few minutes later this number comes up 4 times in 3 hours

They are a TPA for a weight loss program... Called me 8 times today, finally answered and told them i was not interested and to stop calling me... They said they will remove my name and info and put me on the donotcall list, let's see if it really works... lol

CALLED ABOUT EVERY 3 MINUTES IN THE EVENING. I DIDN'T ANSWER BUT TWICE, THEN I JUST HUNG IT UP AND DIDN'T TALK.

THEY CALL ME CONSTANTLY, THEY DO NOT SPEAK WHEN I ANSWER, THEY DO NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE WHEN I DON'T ANSWER. I CALLED IT BACK AND TOLD THEM TO REMOVE ME FROM THE CALL LIST. THEY STILL CALL. I CALLED AND LEFT THE MESSAGE I WAS REPORTING THEM TO THE NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY, THEY STILL CALL. I REPORTED THEM, WE'LL SEE WHAT HAPPENS NEXT..........

I received several calls yesterday from a different area code in New Jersey, and when I looked up that number on this website, I discovered it was the Acai berry people. Like others, I started to fill out the form, then changed my mind and figured it had to be a scam. I'm pretty sure they just started calling me from a new number.

I TOO STARTED TO FILL OUT THE ACAI BERRY FORM AND QUIT WHEN I FIGURED OUT IT WAS A SCAM, NOW THEY WON'T QUIT CALLING ME.......

I think you are bioth right. This exact situation happened to me and I am extremely tired of the calls. I answered on the first day after several missed calls and told the woman multiple times to take me off her calling list. Apparently, I was ignored!!!!!!!!!!!!!
