These people have made me CRAZY!!!!! Today they called I pressed one and immediately said I don't want anymore calls, the guy said "F&*$^&ing A " and hung up on me, I reported them but will now try the call back number QueBall provided.
The kicker in this? I don't have any credit cards!!
Press "1" and then let them talk and talk.... Check after 5 min if they are still online and when they finish, hung up. This will make them waste their time like they wasted yours.
Robot Caller. Cardholder services. Press 1 to speak to an operator. Press 3 to be removed (Doesn't work, they call again)
Robo call. Press 1 to lower your credit card rate, press 3 to be removed (yeah right)
I talked to the lady, strung her along for 25 minutes before she finally clued in that I was playing games. Got their call back number as 877-642-1755.
