Who Called Us

hi everyone they scammed us too took £59.99 out of our bank we had to close the account I have found their address from companies house it is 15 Caunce Street Blackpool FY1 3DT too far for us to pay a visit but may be near you.The bank refunded us and they have had the cheek to send a summons

My grandad had a phone call from these people and him being elderly stupidly gave out all his card details thinking he would get money back. Not once did they say this pack would cost him money. The bank then contacted him saying that this company reclaim to gain had try to take £49.99 within a few minutes of each other so they were checking this was correct he said no he didnt give them permission to take this money! The bank then cancelled these payments and refunded him and was referred to the fraud dept. Reclaim to gain have now contacted him with a really unprofessional letter saying they are taking him to court if he doesn't pay this money in form of a cheque! The bank have told him to ignore it! Its a total scam and really not fair on people!

My husband came home and told me he had paid £49.99 to have his bank charges looked into. When the pack arrived it said you can just return the pack within so many weeks for a refund. I sent the pack pack the next day recorded delivery asking for a refund - I was not going to pay who ever they were. However they rang today (a month later) to say we did not send the pack back in time. Utter crap, we sent the pack back the next day. I rand the post office who told me the company did not pick the pack up from the PO Box till nearly a month later. This is such a con - I am trying to ring them but cannot find a number as they all seem to be dead numbers. Any idea how I contact them?

I wish I had seen this forum before I spoke to these people. All the above is exactly what happened to me I confirmed my bank details with them which they seemed to know most of them anyway so where did they get that information from? I said I wasn't interested and the lady asked me if it was because of the £49 charge I said yes it was. Next thing a guy came on and promised me that I would absolutely not have to pay until I had received the money back from the bank and that was when I agreed to go ahead. Checked on my account a couple of days later and they had taken the money! What can I do about it? They pick on the people who are most vulnerable and we are the one's who can least afford it. I feel so ashamed about it I haven't even told my husband, he will go ape when he finds out.

please what ever you do do not answer there calls, there a scram and fraud, they have taken £50 of me claiming they can reclaim 6 years worth of bank charges, its a lie. if they have done this to you can you email me please at craigdamont@hotmail.co.uk. if they have taken money from me they must of done it to some one eles.

Fuckin wankers some bird rang me asking 4 my bank details told her bollocks she thought i had put the phone down but was still listening i heard someone saying that she rushed in and made it obvious that it was a scam thick bastards!

They obviously hang up because they know most peoples curiosity will make them call back, and then not only have they scammed you, but you have paid for the pleasure of the call. Definitely a scam. No genuine scheme would ask for bank detailslike this!!

Showed on my Orange mobile phone as a 'Data call' - I didn't answer it and they hung up after a few rings. No voicemail message left.

they called me so many times its really pissing me off reclaim to gain its a frikin stupid scam that trys and stealds Your bank details beware never answer the call!

I worked for reclaim 2 gain, now usually known as banking rights bureau. It is not a scam but i can say that not all banks are paying out at this moment in time coz of the high court case. There is a one off fee but it is always mentioned in the pitch.

Set as "ignore" on yr. phone so when they ring again you can do that! - or answer and ask them if they are interested in talking about Jesus.... This is the modern way to "turn the tables" on them..... Or forward their number to a suitable other nuisance number....

One site stated this number was a scam and it was to be reported to the police as they are asking for your card details... these people keep rang me at 3:20 everyday this week, i havn't answered because im in school so i dont have any other information

i recieved call from reclaim to gain saying they could reclaim all my bank charges back from the last 6 years, in 6-8 weeks, for just £49 upfront fee, i told them i wasnt interested and they said why i could have my money back in time for christmas. i said i had never herd of them and as far as i know everything was still on hold as for reclaiming bank charges, he told me i could find them on the internet where i found this site and iam very pleased i didnt go ahead. they wanted to know all my bank details and credit card details up front, which i wouldnt give. WHATCH OUT!

this number belongs to a compnay called touch100 which is going in to liquidation. they also trade as reclaim 2 gain. do not have anything to do with this company as they want an up front fee and do nothing for you. i was a victim of this. the office address in 15 caunce street blackpool and there office number is 01253 749234.

Same as many of you. Called me, but I was working. Could not pick up. Did not recognise the number so googled it and came up with this site. Will definitely ignore now, and have saved the number as "Ignore" so I don't!!

Several missed calls received during the day, no voicemail left. Been ongoing for approx 2 months...

I am hearing impaired so this is really annoying me - had other calls from other numbers, they have now been put on the reject list but other numbers keep ringing me!! Its not nice! I have never answered it because obvioulsy I can't!

i had a missed call from them, and called them back a very confident chap said he could reclaim all my bank charges and get them refunded to my account he asked for my bank details to 34.99 for the legal work they would do for me, is this for real ?? i didnt give my bank details as sounds a bit dodgy

They are a company called Reclaime to do with helping you claim back with your bank charges.

I would like to know how the f--k they obatined my mobile number. I have never received a cold call in the eighteen months since I have used this number.

What I find curious is that I have rather serious financial problems just now (whish are surmountable and I should be clear in less than five years)it is pretty coincidental that the first people to call would be this mob.

Received a missed call a few days ago, they called again today and hung up when I answered. I called them back, they asked me whether I had any bank charges in last few years, after I repeated what they said and was just about to say not interested, they hung up - nice!!
