There is always a light at the end of the tunnel.

Every Day, 3x a day I get calls from this #. I can hear sirens in the back ground and then it disconnects...

Ihave been recieving calls from this number three or four times a day, today this has increased to six so far
I do not answer a phone call which has this caller display number,but i am waiting for the next call as I have found a very loud whistle to greet them with

I answered, but the number was so bogus, I shouldn't have even answered. No sound on the other end, and I immediately disconnected and came here to report. Sleezy, no doubt.

Collection from CapitalOne bank. I don't know if they are legitimate? They are very bothersome!

Did not answer. Know it is not from anyone I know.

Had 4 of these in the last 3 days. No answer from the other end

The call from the number 00000000000 was recieved on my phone March 27,2010 at 6:06 pm.

i start getting quiet few calls from that "famous " 0000000000000 no couple of days ago..i answered it once, and as most of you says, all i get is silence, but i dont wait for more than 5 seconds. i stopped answering them all together now!!

been contacted by these on many occasions, today they claimed to be a computer doctor making a routine call!

This is a yellow page/book{not AT&T] web company tryin to get you to commit to a 39.95 per month charge for thier internet ads. they say their is no charge but if you accept they will billyou are your company's phone bill so be careful all are faud I see their is abunch of different reasons but it all come down to faud and screwing someone out of money.

Every time I answer a call from 00000000000 I am charged 30p for a ringback. I don't request a ringback. They call me, I answer, no one is there, so I hang up. And I get charged 30p! It's on caller barred now.

I did not listen to the whole message, but at first, you hear some tropical music then a boat whiseling... I think it's a resort company who wants to offer you something. I'm also on the DNC list... I don't know why they keep on calling home. It has been the fourth time in two months.

I get calls repeatedly from this number. When I answer, I only a series of beeps. When they leave voicemails it is the same. When I try calling it back, all I get is a high-pitched dial tone. It's very irritating. How can I block it?

constantly calls. I let machine pick up and then they hang up. Today (3-3-08) I picked up my phone and did not say anything - complete silence. I couldn't hear anybody breathing, but after about one minute it disconnected. They call several times a day. Infuriating - especially as I am on the DNC list!

This was a guy from the Republican National Committee. Told him I was no longer interested in the Republican Party, and not to call again.

No one answers when we pick up the phone, and no one leaves a message.

This number keeps calling and trying to leave a message on my fax. I got tired of junk faxes, so I've put an answering machine on the fax line. This number is an incoming fax, tries to connect with answering machine, then disconnects. Nine calls in the past few days.

Caller had a package for my neighbor whom he named correctly. When I asked him to repeat what he said he gave me the neighbor's name and address. I told him I didn't want to be involved with this and hung up. How did he know I was their neighbor and how did he get my number?

Obviously spoofed or diverted or something.

Got many calls from this number. I finally screamed into the phone and got a real person who said it was a political survey. I asked to be put on a no-call list, but he said I wouldn't receive any more calls. Ha Ha. I got about 3 or 4 more. These were in Sept-Oct-Nov zip code

Getting calls with caller ID
000-000-0000. Finally a person was on the other end, said they are from TTO research. Asked to be put on no-call list but was transferred to cust service and had to wait on hold.
